The Riverview

Located minutes from downtown Annapolis, The Riverview offers three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, an office (if you must work), and a common living room area. Essentially, it is designed as an attached independent three-bedroom apartment overlooking Cool Spring Cove, with two bars and outdoor tables and chairs on the multi-level deck overlooking the water. Three studios are available, two of which have attached bathrooms. The third studio is designed for children, and typically, one of the bathrooms is shared with the parents.

Upon entry to both the main house and the apartment, you are located in the common area of the apartment, which consists of a full galley kitchen including refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, 8 person breakfast bar, seating area, two televisions with over 130 channels, VCR, DVD, audio equipment, high speed Internet access and pool table. The Deck is an ideal backdrop for family photos.

The Avocado Studio contains a queen bed and a television; the Mango Studio contains a double bed, a television, and a small office space with printer and fax capabilities overlooking the waterfront. The Kids Studio contains platform beds and a television.
